Hey, what’s up? It’s Saturday, and I know you’re tired after this week’s work. That’s why I thought I should keep things simple today.
So today, I want to share an amazing hack for growing your audience.
It’s simple. DMing people.
What do I mean by that?
You need to DM people in your network and ask them to subscribe, while sharing what they will receive and how it will help them.
But when I did this, I made two mistakes.
I DMed the wrong people.
They subscribed, but they unsubscribed soon after.
I focused too much on how it would help them logically, but I did not make it emotionally appealing.
When I started Insideletter, I did something different.
I started talking from an emotional point of view.
Instead of saying, ‘You’ll receive Insideletter three times a week,’ I started saying, ‘You’ll be able to get rid of sales calls.’
