SaaS Billing Is Breaking. Here's How to Fix It.

Usage-based pricing is the new default — but most billing platforms weren't built for it. Get the Tabs Buyer's Guide to learn what modern revenue infrastructure actually requires.

Hi 👋🏻

I’ve been building Insideletter since May 2025, and I still haven’t built the foundation the way I wanted.

I know many people who didn’t get the results they wanted in their first two years of running a newsletter, so you can consider that part of my motivation.

My main goal is to build Insideletter into a newsletter brand that offers everything a solopreneur needs to build a successful newsletter business.

So I’ve started building Insideletter in public, using LinkedIn as my main channel. I’ve experimented with multiple channels before, but it didn’t work. This time, my full focus is on LinkedIn.

What I’ll be sharing

I’ll be sharing landing page breakdowns, newsletter breakdowns, growth tactics, and resources to help you build a one-person newsletter business.

You can find all of this on LinkedIn.

Main goal

Insideletter is the educational arm of my business.

For ICPs who don’t want to do everything themselves, I offer a done-for-you newsletter service through Scale My List. An end-to-end solution.

Are you ready?

I’m building in public, which means I’ll be completely blunt. I never share anything I haven’t done myself, so you can expect the raw side of building a newsletter in public.

Feel free to replicate what I share and tag me. I’m happy to help.
