Recently, Substack partnered with a betting company, Polymarket, further entrenching gambling in the world of journalism.
Substack will now allow writers to embed prediction market data in their articles, with native tools that make it easier to share, discuss, and debate that data directly on the platform, as the company’s co-founder and CEO, Chris Best, said in a post.
I instantly lost respect for Substack. I never considered it a hero platform, especially as it’s increasingly becoming just another social media network, something I’ve already shared in earlier editions.
So, if not Substack, should you use Kit? No, a big no.

Website – I am not a big fan of managing websites, but beehiiv’s website features convinced me to use one. I did not have to build anything from scratch. There are plenty of themes to choose from, and I even used AI to customise the rest.

Customer Service – I have used many SaaS tools, but very few compare to beehiiv. Their support team responds quickly and does not try to close your ticket every single time.
