I want to make £10K per month with digital products. But it’s not easy, and I’ve been trying to do it for quite some time now. It’s not working. Because I’m lacking accountability, I thought, how about I do it with you?
[Beehiiv launched their digital products segment, but it’s not working for me as I’m an Indian and Stripe doesn’t allow Indians to transact unless you’ve an express account]
I’ve prepared a 30-day plan to make our first £10K per month with digital products.
We both will follow this, but the rule is you’ve to update me on your growth every week. Because every day is too much.
Well, let me share with you the plan.
Week 1: Clarity
Define your ideal buyer in one paragraph. Write who they are, what frustrates them and what they want instead. Be specific.
Then choose a single painful problem your audience wants solved quickly. It must be a problem people already pay to fix.
Decide what type of product you can create that solves that problem quickly. It could be a guide, a template, a mini course or a system. Choose one that can be built in less than a week.
Write your product promise in one sentence. Example: ‘This template helps small business owners save two hours a day on content planning.’ Keep it outcome-focused.
Outline what your product includes. For example, if it is a guide, list the sections. If it is a course, list the modules. If it is a template, list what each file helps with.
Create your first version. Use simple tools like Google Docs, Canva, Loom and Notion. Do not overthink design. Focus on value and clarity.
Set your price and goal. Decide how many sales you need to hit £10K. For example, 100 sales at £100 or 200 sales at £50. (I don’t have much social proof, maybe I’ve to start with £19).
Week 2: Validation and preparation
Announce your product idea publicly. Share what you are building, why it matters and who it helps. Invite feedback or early interest. Building in public always works. (I’ve been building in public for the last 2 years now)
Create a checkout page for this. I wanted to use Beehiiv, but until and unless they help me to sell through their platform…I’m using Lemon Squeezy. Add your product title, promise, benefits and one call to action.
We can keep it for free in exchange for feedback. These will be our early supporters and first testimonials. Now you can…
Collect feedback from these buyers. Improve your product based on what they found useful or confusing. Keep tweaking.
Write your sales sequence. Three short emails are enough:
The story behind your product and the problem it solves
Proof or feedback from early buyers
A reminder to take action before the price increases
Create three to five short social posts that teach one insight from your product and lead to your sales page. Each post should end with an invitation to check it out.

Week 3: Launch and earn
Start your launch by sending your first sales email and posting your content. Keep the focus on the result your buyer will achieve.
Keep talking about the product daily. Share lessons, testimonials and progress updates. Make it easy for people to see the value.
Answer questions publicly or in your inbox. People buy when they feel you’re the person and your product is the solution.
Add a small incentive, such as a bonus resource or a limited-time price. This creates urgency.
Send a follow-up email midweek, sharing results from your early buyers. Use screenshots if possible.
Send a final reminder email on the last day of the challenge. Keep it short and direct: remind people what result your product delivers and include the link.
Week 4: Optimise and scale
Now you have proof that people want your product. This week is about reaching the £10K target.
Update your checkout page with new testimonials or improved copy.
Create a follow-up email automation for new subscribers that automatically introduces your product.
Reach out to other creators or newsletter writers for small collaborations or shout-outs. A single partnership can add dozens of new buyers.
Add an upsell or bundle offer. Combine your product with a related resource to increase the average order value.
Resend your best-performing sales email to everyone who didn’t open it the first time.
Review your total sales, conversion rate and next steps. If you’re close to £10K, push a 2-day flash offer to finish strong.
So, shall we start doing it? I’m starting, you can start with me, let’s see if we can achieve the milestone or not.
Shall we?
